Vacuum Degassing Mixing Tank

The degassing mixing tank has a double-layer design, with a 5 mm 304 mirror stainless steel liner as the inner layer and a 2 mm 304 mirror stainless steel plate jacket as the outer layer. The upper end has a thickened 25 mm 304 stainless steel plate flange, which forms a vacuum container with the upper cover. The center of the upper cover has a unique design, with multi-stage sealing without refueling to prevent foreign matter from entering the tank body (patent). The upper part is equipped with a pneumatic motor (explosion-proof), an observation window, a feed hole (the hole cover is convenient to open and close), a safety valve, and an air inlet valve. There are three groups of stirring blades, with variable speed and vacuum stirring. The outer layer is insulated, and the water circulation adjusts the slurry temperature. There is a discharge valve at the bottom. The bottom group of blades stirs upward to prevent the slurry from settling easily at low speed.

Operation
1. Send the dispersed slurry to the degassing machine through the filter and plastic tube, clean the feed port cover, and close the feed port cover
2. Connect the air source

5. Close the air source
6. Transport to the casting workshop
7. Connect nitrogen to the degassing tank
8. Adjust the air pressure to 0.5-1 to the automatic slurry supply system of the casting machine
9. Connect the air source and adjust the speed and stirring
