Installation of tape machine
Place the tape machine in a stable, dry, and well ventilated area, away from water sources, fire sources, and other hazardous materials.
Insert the power cord into a socket that meets the voltage requirements, turn on the power switch, and check if the power indicator light is on normally.
Place the tape roll on the drum, ensuring that the adhesive side is facing downwards. Thread the tape head under the drum, pull out a length along the direction of the conveyor belt, and stick it on the conveyor belt.
Adjust the screws on the drum to center the tape roll and apply appropriate tension.
Adjust the adjustment knob and set the length, width, and tension of the tape as needed.
The use of tape machine
Place the item to be pasted on the conveyor belt, align it with the sensor, and press the start button.
The tape machine will automatically sense the size of the item and cut and paste the tape according to the set parameters.
If manual cutting or pasting of tape is required, you can press the manual button and operate the cutting knife and conveyor belt.
