1. Install the front frame, middle frame, and rear frame in the designated positions on the reserved plane, and align them horizontally to firmly contact the foundation, so that the centerline of the frame is on a straight line in the longitudinal direction; Installation should not cause the rack to shift or shake, in order to avoid accidents.
2. Install the configured ovens onto each rack in sequence and secure them with bolts; Maintain the level and stability of the oven and rack.
3. Install the distribution cabinet next to the front rack or at a convenient location for operation, connect all circuits according to the instructions, and finally connect the power supply (be sure to disconnect the power supply when wiring).
4. Install each internal configuration component according to the set position, adjust the level of each intermediate roller, unwinding roller, winding roller, etc., with the axis parallel to each other and perpendicular to the direction of tape movement. During the installation process, the smooth surface of each roller should not be scratched, and the correct installation of each component should be maintained.
5. Install the gears, pulleys, and sprockets and try to rotate them appropriately to ensure that they rotate smoothly without any abnormalities or blockages; And add corresponding lubricating oil to the chain, reducer, etc.
6. Check for any omissions during installation, ensuring the installation of heaters, thermal sensors, and individual transmission media; Check if all circuits are connected correctly and if there is no leakage in the wires; Whether the entire body is offset or not, and whether there are gaps in the oven.
7. After installation is correct, start the machine one by one for testing. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately for inspection and adjustment; Confirm completion before starting production (pay attention to personal and machine safety during the operation).
