Process principle:
Extrusion casting: Plastic particles are plasticized by a screw and extruded into a linear shape from a flat die mouth. After stretching, they adhere to the surface of flexible substrates such as paper, film, non-woven fabric, and woven fabric. They are cooled, shaped, and pressed to form composite materials that combine the barrier and heat sealing properties of plastic film layers, as well as the strength, toughness, and functional characteristics of the substrate.
 

Structural composition:
The whole machine consists of feeding device, extruder host, mold, unwinding mechanism, composite mechanism, winding mechanism, edge control device, cutting device, heating and cooling system, electrical measurement and control system, and other parts. According to the needs of different products, components such as a second unwinding mechanism, printing equipment, oven, substrate surface treatment device (corona machine, etc.), and online thickness gauge can be added. Previous process equipment: granulator, printing machine or other equipment; Post process equipment: slitting machine or other equipment.
 

Main advantages:
The cost of the casting composite process is relatively low. At present, some advanced extrusion composite machines are equipped with thin edge mechanisms, which achieve edge free cutting and minimize the loss of edge materials, further improving the cost advantage of extrusion composite processes. At the same time, extrusion composite technology also has the advantages of fast production speed, wide range of substrate options, low residual solvents in composite products, and low environmental pollution.
