The work of a tape machine is divided into two parts, namely printing and coating. In order to produce better products, both parts have different job responsibilities.
Print
Place the roll to be printed on the unwinding roller and start the machine. By driving the corresponding mechanism to rotate through the transmission device, gravure printing is achieved through the stacking of the printing plate roller and the printing rubber roller. Then, it is naturally dried or heated and dried, and the winding roller is wound up to complete the printing function.
Coating
Place the substrate to be coated on the unwinding roller, start the machine, and drive the corresponding mechanism through the transmission device.
The tape machine adopts a three in one electric, coal, and gas drying system, with electronic temperature control, infinitely variable speed, automatic counting, automatic correction, gravure printing, advanced infrared heating, cooling and re pressing technologies. The production processes of material collection, printing, coating, drying, hot air circulation, traction, slitting, and winding are completed in one machine.
